VINYASA FLOW- Integrating the mind and body, this class is about creating seamless transitions between the traditional asanas in yoga. YOGA WHEEL- combines classic yoga stretches with the yoga wheel to strengthen the core while broadening your range of motion and increasing flexibility. POWER CORE YOGA- a fast paced flow that helps build muscle strength. Integrating breath, you’ll flow through a sequence of poses in this intense but refreshing workout. HATHA YOGA- combines traditional poses with breath and meditation. Find your inner focus and get in tune with your body alignment, flexibility, stability and strength. YOGA STRETCH- includes both gentle and deep stretching through gentle pose and the use of breath. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Yoga Wheel

Props in yoga are great supplementary tools for building a solid foundation and making the most of your practice. Yoga Wheel combines classic yoga stretches with the yoga wheel to strengthen the core while broadening your range of motion and increasing flexibility. The yoga wheel is particularly helpful in releasing tension in areas that can be difficult to target. Let go and relax as you roll into the deep stretches of our Yoga Wheel class!

Power Core Yoga

A full-body workout, Power Core yoga is a fast paced flow that helps build muscle strength. Integrating breath, you’ll flow through a sequence of poses in this intense but refreshing workout. Feel that core, as this class focuses on engaging the abdominal muscles and building a strong core. Targeted at increasing your heart rate and creating heat within the body, this class will have you sweating and feeling energized!

Hatha Yoga

Inhale calm and exhale all that clutters the mind. Hatha yoga combines traditional poses with breath and meditation. Find your inner focus and get in tune with your body alignment, flexibility, stability and strength. This class is both a physical and mental practice that introduces yoga flow at a slow pace. Hatha is suitable for beginners or those looking for a quiet and calm practice.

Yoga Stretch

There’s nothing like a good stretch to relax the body and mind especially after a long day in the office. Sitting for long hours can result in stiffness and pain which can be alleviated by active stretching and mobility. Yoga Stretch includes both gentle and deep stretching through gentle pose and the use of breath. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. This stress relieving class is the perfect way to wind down and let go. Give your body a break and press reset as you step into the serenity of our Yoga Stretch.
