Barre Sculpt is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Some techniques and influences from classical ballet. Those graceful ballet moves (e.g. pliés and relevés) will lengthen and strengthen muscles and burn calories. This low-impact form of exercise is gentle on your joints and is suitable for all ages. Instead of moving through a full range of this motion, you will hold the squat down to a specific level and pulse the legs in a small motion up and down.
