Studio Photoshoot Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Only Twinkle Dance Showcase 2025 Snow White performers are eligible to book this professional studio photoshoot service.
  • This is a complimentary photoshoot service included in the showcase registration fees for kids performers (photos are not included).
  • For adult performers, a $500 photoshoot package of 5 solo photos in softcopies is offered.

 

Booking System

  • Bookings for this photoshoot are on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Each student may only pick ONE timeslot for each performance piece.
  • Students who engaged in more than one performance piece should reserve each piece separately.
  • Students can reschedule or cancel the reservation via the booking platform 3 days in advance of the reserved date.

 

Attendance

  • The photoshoot session includes costume fitting, hair-styling and photoshoot. As the venue has limited changing rooms, students should arrive 30 minutes earlier than the booking time to ensure enough preparation time.
  • If the student is unable to attend the scheduled photoshoot session, no make-up session will be arranged after the last photoshoot date.

 

Costumes and Dancewear

  • Students have to bring proper dance tights (if applicable) and proper dance shoes according to the dancewear requirements.
  • Costume fitting will be during the photoshoot session. Students are required to take the well-fitted costume(s) home. If alteration is necessary, Twinkle Dance will keep the costume(s) and will further notify parents and guardians for costume collection.
  • Twinkle Dance will keep all costume accessories after the photoshoot and will assist the students with them on the show day.
  • Students are required to keep their costume(s) safe and clean for the showcase.
  • Twinkle Dance will not have an extra and/or alternative costume for rental and will not replace or be responsible for the costume(s) after collection.
  • DO NOT WASH OR DRY CLEAN THE COSTUME(S) BEFORE THE SHOW.

 

Photo Ordering

  • Photo selection and ordering will be available on the performance day and in Twinkle Dance studios after the dance showcase.
  • Photos are not included in the kids’ performer’s application fee for the Twinkle Dance Showcase 2025.
  • Selected photos will be delivered in the form of soft copies by email.

 

Health and Safety Guidelines

  • Parents, guardians, and students who are entering the photoshoot venue are required to follow the health and safety requirements of Twinkle Dance. Twinkle Dance has the right to withdraw any visitor from entering the photoshoot venue if such a person does not meet the health and safety requirements.
  • Twinkle Dance reserves the right to reschedule any photoshoot sessions under the health and safety and weather policies.

 

Photography and Other Media

  • Twinkle Dance Company Limited reserves the right to use the photographs/videos taken in the studio photoshoot for marketing and promotional purposes. The taken photographs/videos may be used on Twinkle Dance’s website, social media platforms and collateral material.

 

Personal Data and Privacy

  • Parents and guardians will inform Twinkle Dance if there are any changes to the personal data provided (e.g. primary email address, contact number, etc).
  • Twinkle Dance reserves the right to take and/or use the photographs/videos taken during any of the studio photoshoot sessions for marketing and promotional purposes.

 

Liability

  •  All participants enrolled in the Twinkle Dance Showcase 2025 Studio Photoshoot do so at their own risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to students, their family members, and guests as a result of participating in this Studio Photoshoot’s activities.
