Summer Performance Camp 2026

Join our Performance Camp and showcase your dance talent! **No prior experience or regular-class enrollment required!** During the weekly rehearsals, students will learn set choreography from our experienced teachers. Each dancer will receive a costume custom-made by Tutulamb.

EVENT DETAILS

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee is $2980, which includes:

1. REHEARSAL CLASSES – 8 rehearsal classes.
2. COSTUME – A custom-made costume by Tutulamb ($980).

*Dance shoes and dance tights are not included. 

*Peach pink leather ballet shoes/ Black leather jazz shoes (full leather without any patterns), and peach pink/ black dance tights (without any patterns) are required for this event. 

*For the safety of our students and staff, if travelling and/or the venue is unsafe or obstructed under any uncontrollable situations including bad weather, epidemic, political, economical, social, etc., Twinkle Dance reserves the right to cancel the rehearsal classes in relation to the Performance Camp and/or the event.  Registration Fee paid under the Performance Camp is non-refundable under any circumstances.  

REHEARSAL CLASS SCHEDULES

Students aged 4+ are eligible to join the performance camp and perform in the event.  Enroll for one of the classes below, according to your child’s age. Places are first come first serve. 

*No credit, deduction or refund can be arranged for missed classes.

SHOW DAY & DURING SHOW TIME

• Show Day arrangements, including arrival time and pick up arrangements, are to be announced in mid-July.  
• Performers must stay until the END of the show.  
• Parents/ guardians are not allowed to enter the stage / backstage area during the rehearsal and show time.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

• Please submit the application form with the payment settled on or before June 25th, 2026  for successful enrolment into the performance camp

COSTUME & APPEARANCE

• Performers are required to visit one of our studios for costume measurements on or before June 25th, 2026.
• Performers are required to visit their rehearsal class location for costume fitting and collection in July/August (the actual date will be announced later). The complimentary alteration service will only be provided within the collection period.
• Performers have to do hairstyling and make-up on their own on the performance day.
• Performers are responsible for keeping their costumes safe and clean for the performance.
• Performers are required to purchase proper dance tights and hair sets (hair net and pins) according to the costume outlook.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Fees

• Fees paid to Twinkle Dance Company Limited  (hereinafter referred to as “Twinkle Dance”) including the application fees, class fees, ticketing fees, uniform, costume fees required under the Summer Performance Camp 2026 are non-refundable under any circumstances (include any medical conditions/ certificates).
• In the specific events of weather conditions, epidemics and/or pandemics, government regulations or restrictions imposed by the HKSAR government that lead to the cancellation of the Summer Performance Camp 2026, the Summer Performance Camp 2026 will not be rescheduled.
• If the Summer Performance Camp 2026 cannot further proceed for whatever reason, Twinkle Dance will arrange the costume (valued $980) back to the performers. The application fees and the paid rehearsal class fees will not be refunded.
• Twinkle Dance reserves the right to cancel the rehearsal classes or event(s) in relation to the Summer Performance Camp 2026. Any dispute in connection with the fees will be resolved at the absolute discretion of Twinkle Dance Company Limited.

Rehearsal Class

• Performers must enroll in all rehearsal classes and attend not less than 6 of the rehearsal classes in order to ensure the highest standards of the performance. Failure to fulfill the attendance requirement may result in withdrawal from the Summer Performance Camp 2026. Application fees and the paid rehearsal class fees will not be refunded.
• In case of absence, students can apply for at most 2 make-up classes during the rehearsal period. No credit, deduction or refund can be arranged for absent classes.
• For students aged 8-13, as there is only one rehearsal class per week for this age group, no make-up classes will be offered for any absence.

Uniform, Costume and Footwear

• Performers are required to visit one of our studios for costume measurements on or before June 25th, 2026.
• Proper dance shoes are required for the rehearsal class, failure to do so may result in withdrawal from the Summer Performance Camp 2026 and no refund can be made on the Fees.
• Performers are responsible for keeping their costumes safe and clean for the performance.
• Performers are required to purchase proper dance tights and hair sets (hair net and pins) according to the costume outlook.

Inclement Weather Conditions

• The event is guided by AIA Vitality Park inclement weather policy. If inclement weather conditions occur or the Education Bureau of Hong Kong announces the suspension of schools, AIA Vitality Park and/or Twinkle Dance reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event.

Special Health and Safety Measures

• Twinkle Dance and/ or AIA Vitality Park have the right to withdraw the Performance Camp’s performers who do not meet the health and safety guidelines from attending the rehearsal classes/ the parade performance. Registration fees and tickets will not be refunded in these circumstances.
• AIA Vitality Park staff have the right to deny the admission of any visitors in accordance with their precautionary guidelines.

Photography and Other Media

• Twinkle Dance Company Limited reserves the right to use the photographs/videos taken in class, and the performance for marketing and promotional purposes. The taken photographs/videos may be used on Twinkle Dance’s website, social media platforms and collateral material.

Personal Data and Privacy

• Parents and/or guardians will inform Twinkle Dance if there are any changes to the personal data provided.

Liability

• All participants enrolled in this activity do so at their own risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to students, their family members, and guests as a result of participating in this activity.

Disclaimer

• AIA Vitality Park and/or Twinkle Dance reserves the right to any interpretation and the final decision in case of dispute.
• Any dispute connected in any way with the Summer Performance Camp 2026 will be resolved by Twinkle Dance at its absolute discretion.
