公開課演出詳情

• •公開課演出日期及時間將由Twinkle Dance分配並在2025年11月公佈，任何指定公開課演出日期的要求將不獲接受。請預留上述所有日期，以確保能出席公開課演出2025。
• •如表演者與其兄弟姐妹或父母一同參加公開課演出，我們會盡量安排表演者在同一場演出，但不保證能夠成功。

報名須知

• •表演者年齡為18個月至19歲。
• •芭蕾與媽咪課堂兒童表演者需由一名家長/監護人陪同參與舞台演出。
• •參加學前芭蕾一級及兩歲音樂劇課程的表演者，須由一名家長或監護人全程陪同進行後台準備。若學生無法獨立完成舞台演出，須要求其家長或監護人陪同上台參與演出環節。
• •表演者必須參與2025年11-12月的恆常排練課堂，以確保演出的水準。如未能達到課堂出席率，將有機會被退出公開課演出2025，且報名費用並不會退還。
• •表演者必須遵守 Twinkle Dance 的學校指引，包括課堂年齡、舞蹈校服和安全及衛生要求等。若表演者不遵守學校指引，將有機會被退出公開課演出2025，且報名費用及已繳付的課堂費用不會退還。 

課堂及排練安排

• •表演者必須報名2025年11月至12月學期的Twinkle Dance恆常舞蹈、唱跳巨星或音樂劇課程，若未能達到出席要求，可能會被取消公開課演出2025的參演資格，所繳費用恕不退還。
• •演出內容將在整個學期的課堂上教授及排練  。

• •在2025年11月至12月學期間，參加者必需留在已選擇的課堂中，因為同一課堂的學生將會一起上台演出，因此需要時間讓學生熟悉自己的位置並與同學練習舞步。
• •如有任何特別的轉班要求，而影響到演出編排及排練過程，將需要收取$500行政費。轉班要求將不能保證接受，需取決於課堂名額。Twinkle Dance保留最終決定權。

補堂安排

• •若表演日期及時間與恆常課堂撞期，該節課堂可獲於該學期恆常課程中申請補課堂。

演出服飾及儀容

• •除穿著Twinkle Dance 校服演出外， 表演者無需準備或穿著其他演出服裝。
• •表演者必須根據Twinkle Dance的校服規定和髮型要求，以符合公開課演出2025的演出形象規範。

• •公開課演出當日，表演者需自行整理髮型及化妝。

• •參加者無需購買門票，他們將與Twinkle Dance的老師和工作人員一起留在後台直到表演結束。
• •已售出的門票將不可退款或更換。
• •如有額外門票，將按照先到先得的原則進行銷售。門票銷售資訊將透過電子郵件公布。

公開課演出日安排

• •所有表演者必須與Twinkle Dance的老師和工作人員留在一起，直到該節公開課演出結束及謝幕。 期間並不允許接走學生。
• •在公開課演出期間，家長和監護人不得進入後台區域。

安全及衛生指引

• •若表演者感到不適或表現狀態不適宜演出，或因情緒失控而無法完成表演，Twinkle Dance保留讓學生退出本次演出的權利。在這些情況下，報名費用及門票將不予退款。 
• •所有表演者均須遵守Twinkle Dance及劇院的健康安全規定。Twinkle Dance與劇院工作人員有權拒絕未符合健康安全規定的任何表演者及觀眾入場。在這些情況下，報名費用及門票將不予退款。

TERMS & CONDITIONS 條款及細則(English only)

Application Requirements

• •Performers aged 18 months to 19 years old are eligible to apply.
• •Performers in the Ballet with Mommy class must be accompanied by one parent or guardian during backstage preparations and will perform on-stage alongside them.
• •Performers in the Pre-School Ballet Level 1 and Musical Theatre Age 2 class must be accompanied by one parent or guardian during backstage preparations. If the child is unable to perform independently on stage, their parents/guardians will be asked to stay on stage alongside them.
• •Performers must be fully enrolled in the November-December regular full-term in order to ensure the standards of the performance. Failure to fulfill the attendance requirement may result in withdrawal from the Winter Gala 2025. Application fees will not be refunded.
• •Performers must follow the school policies of Twinkle Dance, including class age, uniform, and health and safety requirements, etc. Failure to meet the school policies may result in withdrawal from the Winter Gala 2025. Application fees and the paid class fees will not be refunded.

Fees

• •Twinkle Dance Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Twinkle Dance”) regrets that the applications are non-refundable under any circumstances (including any medical conditions/ certificates), except for the stated specific events under the Refund Policy section or in the case of a cancellation due to insufficient registration initiated by Twinkle Dance.
• •Application fee paid under the Winter Gala 2025 Open Class On-stage (hereinafter referred to as “Winter Gala 2025 ”) is non-refundable under any circumstances including non-controllable events. However, in the specific events of epidemics and/or pandemics, government regulations or restrictions imposed by the HKSAR Government that lead to the cancellation of the Winter Gala 2025, the performance will be rescheduled within 6 months or a refund of the application fees will be arranged. 
• •Twinkle Dance reserves the right to cancel the event(s) in relation to the Winter Gala 2025. In the case of a cancellation due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled participants. Any dispute connected to the refund will be resolved at the absolute discretion of Twinkle Dance.
• • Regular rehearsal classes, dance tights and shoes are not included in the application fee.

Performance

• •The performance date will be assigned by Twinkle Dance and cannot be changed. 
• • Students who have enrolled in the performance with their siblings are not guaranteed to be able to perform in the same session.
• • An administration fee of $500 will be charged for any class change, as it will affect the performance planning. There is no guarantee for the class changes; such requests are subject to the availability of classes. Twinkle Dance reserves the right to make the final decisions for any class change request.

Class and Rehearsal

• •Performers are required to enroll in Twinkle Dance regular classes of any dance style, vocal pop star or musical theatre in the Nov-Dec term of 2025. The performance dance pieces will be taught and rehearsed in class throughout the class term.
• •Performers must be fully enrolled in the November-December regular full-term in order to ensure the highest standards of performance. Failure to fulfill the attendance requirement may result in withdrawal from the Winter Gala 2025. Application fees and the paid class fees will not be refunded.
• •Performers must stay in the same class in  November-December of 2025.

Uniform and Costume

• •Performers are required to wear Twinkle Dance’s uniform at the Winter Gala 2025.
• •Performers must follow the school policies of Twinkle Dance including class age, uniform and health and safety requirements etc. Failure to meet the school policies may result in withdrawal from the  Winter Gala 2025. Application fees and the paid class fees will not be refunded. 

Performance Day Arrangements

• •All students must stay with Twinkle Dance’s teachers and staff until the end of the show. 
• •Pick up during intermission is NOT allowed.
• •Parents and guardians are not allowed to enter the backstage area during the show.

Ticketing

• •No tickets are required for performers, they will stay backstage with Twinkle Dance’s teacher and staff until the end of the show.
• •Sold tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• •If additional tickets are available, they will be on sale on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket sales information will be announced via email.

Photography and Other Media

• •Twinkle Dance Company Limited reserves the right to use the photographs/videos at the Winter Gala 2025 for marketing and promotional purposes. The taken photographs/videos may be used and not limited to Twinkle Dance’s website, social media platforms and collateral material.
• •During the performance, photography is permitted; however, please refrain from using flash, light boards, and selfie sticks while taking photos or videos.

Special Health and Safety Guidelines

• •If a performer feels unwell or appears unsuitable to perform, Twinkle Dance reserves the right to withdraw the student from the performance. Application fees and tickets will not be refunded in such circumstances. 
• •Performers have to follow the health and safety guidelines by Twinkle Dance and the Theatre. Twinkle Dance and the Theatre staff have the right to deny admission to any performers and audiences who do not meet the health and safety guidelines into the theatre. Application fee and tickets will not be refunded in such circumstances. 

Liability

• •All performers enrolled in this program do so at their own risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to students, their family members, and guests as a result of participating in this performance activity. 

Disclaimer

• •Twinkle Dance reserves the right to any interpretation and the final decision in case of disputes.
• •Any dispute connected in any way with the Winter Gala 2025 will be resolved by Twinkle Dance at its absolute discretion.
